- The user is prohibited from using the website to promote a competitor or post content unrelated to the services provided.
The website provides a platform for users to create listings for housing units and display their information. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the listed housing units. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to verify the details, suitability, legal documentation, and compliance of the housing units listed, and if you encounter fake, inappropriate, or misleading listings, please report them directly to us.

If an amicable resolution is not reached, the courts in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

Subscription Fees: Our service operates on a subscription basis. Users are required to pay the applicable service fees, which will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method upon requesting the service.
Free Trial: The platform offers a one-time free trial, allowing users to send 10 free messages. If you choose to continue using our services after exhausting the trial period, you may upgrade your plan to subscribe to the platform.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and Mada. We are not responsible for any breach of card information used in payment transactions.
Incomplete Payments: If a payment fails or is incomplete for any reason, the user will be notified, and the user will not be able to benefit from the service until the payment is successfully processed and the service fees are received by the platform.
Price Changes: The platform reserves the right to change the prices at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the service pricing plan, and the changes will apply when the user requests the service again.
Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days from the relevant charge.
Tax Acknowledgment: - The user acknowledges their awareness of their VAT obligations and agrees to indemnify the platform from any responsibilities regarding VAT. In case of non-compliance, the user assumes full responsibility for the legal consequences without any recourse against the platform.
- The user acknowledges being fully aware of VAT registration requirements and must register for VAT and remit the tax amounts to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority if their transactions exceed the mandatory registration threshold (SAR 375,000 through the platform) over the last 12 months or are expected to exceed this threshold in the next 12 months. The user assumes full legal responsibility for any non-compliance, and the platform assumes no liability.
